[R-390] UPS is Garbage

Greetings,

I once received a radio COD with UPS the carrier. The next thing I knew I
was being billed by a collection agency for the COD money. No one listened
and I kept getting the collection agency notices. Finally fed up, I wrote
the UPS CEO
and asked if UPS, since the shipment was COD, was accusing me of stealing
the radio off the UPS truck. No more collection notices.

BTW, shipments by bus is a pretty good way to go but you have to go to the
bus station to pick up the goods.
