[R-390] CV-591A question

Hello everybody,

I would to buy a CV-591A or similar to go with my R-390 non "A". I have
never had one of these before and I would like to know if anybody knows
if there are different manufacturers and if so what is the difference
between them? ? What about models? Are there different models ranging
from new to old? What are the going prices for these?
