Gents,

Here is how I do it.....and it works

I sell an item, we agree on the shipping, I pack the item, I insure the item.

The item is damaged in shipment.  The buyer notifies me and refuses the item.

Within 24 hours the buyer's money is returned in the form of a certified check.

I then fight with UPS, it is not the buyer's obligation to insure safe 
arrival.  It is the seller's responsibility.

I have not lost a battle yet....claims have been settled within two to 
three weeks.

This works for me................
