You are joking, right?
UPS sent Rick a check for half of the damage to YOUR
radio and he never fixed it or sent the check to you?
If I am interpreting this right you got shafted by
both. A handle and a couple of used crystals are worth next to nothing.
UPS holds the lesser of the blame here.
