I agree with Gary.
You have to get by the duh!! gum chewers and get up to a somewhat 
educated level of intelligent individual that understands what you are 
saying and the real reason of why you filed the claim in the first 
place. If not you are trying to paddle upstream with a broken paddle, or 
better known as whistling in the wind.

I have had ONE claim denied in 22 years and that was due to lazy former 
employee in 22 years. They have always paid.
