[R-390] Replacement Carrier Level Pot.

Gentlemen?

On most radios, the adjustment wants about 7-8 ohms for zeroset.

I usually fit a 10 ohm resistor in parallel with the pot to pass some of the
current through a fixed part, making the pot less critical.
