[R-390] Installation instructions for UG421/UG573

Anyone have the installation instructions/dimensions for UG-421 and UG-573
on RG-8 handy ?  I found lots of new Kings connectors but without
instructions.  I can figure it out.... but I thought perhaps someone had the
installation info and could email it to me.
