Hi Randy:
First thing to try is just some plain soapy water -- from regular Ivory type
bar soap. The water should be very warm and use a soft cloth to avoid
abraiding the silk screening.
If that doesn't seem to work, waterless hand cleaner, such as GoJo should
work safely. I've used that with success -- it doesn't lift the paint or
dull the surface. But be sure you get the regular, original version of the
waterless hand cleaner. They have two types -- original non-abrasive, and
with abrasive additives, like pumice. You don't want the latter.
