[R-390] removing cigarette smoke

I don't know of any magic bullet. Warm water, mild soap, paper 
towels for broad areas, Q-tips or the like for tiny ones. 

I know others have recommended DuPont 409, and it _does_ work, 
but it also eats some paints a little bit.
