[R-390] in rush current limiters

So many choices, and it doesn't seem to really matter which one you choose.
They all work.  I still like putting jumpers between pins 2 and 4, and
between pins 5 and 7, and inserting a 12BH7.  It's a tube of the same size
as the 3TF7.  With a tube shield on, you can't tell the difference.
