Well Scott, that e-bay item would be the expensive way
to do it. I purchased an excellent rebuild kit from Walter
Wilson and it included the Keystone CL-80 inrush current
limiter. You just solder it in-line with your AC power
supply. If you do not need a complete rebuild, you can
purchase the Keystone Current limiter from Mouser
electronics for $2.17. The web page in their catalog is:
