[R-1051] R-1051B Finally getting around to it

I have a few comments.
Normal for the lights to be sort of dim adds to the life they are a serious
pain.
Rotating the MHz knobs and the turret rotates lights will dim normal.
The fact that the drum may or may not rotate can be due to the ring on the
bottom of the assembly that has coding contacts same with the actual front
panel switches. (At least I think the green rings on the bottom)If dirty
will make this type of behavior happen. Whatever you do don't take them
off. There are also 2 other rotating turrets in the RF assembly that are
tuned manually by links to the front panel 100 KHz and 10 KHz. At this
moment those are not your issue.
