[R-1051] Six pack attack

The Iowa "grey radio gang" now has multiple URT-23C's on the air. Via
multicoupler to one or more antennas. Audio is patched together with R-1051
audio all through the "coke machine" Single Audio System. So they have had
multiple operators on 20, 40, and 75 all using different red phones around
the ship. Those guys are doing a fantastic job of getting the ship's
equipment operating the way it was designed.
