[R-1051] R-1051D questions

Thanks Al but looks like it is not needed since I leapt before I looked.
It turns out that Andy Moorer has a copy of the D manual on the radio
manuals DVD set that he sells.
And there I found it on the DVD sitting in my closet this morning. Doh!

Andy doesn't have the D manual on his web site but he does have other
1051 manuals free for download.

Andy takes great care with his scans and his DVDs are great worthwhile
resources. He sells on eBay as jamminpower. I'm not affiliated just a happy
customer of a very nice and knowledgeable guy.
