[R-1051] R-1051D questions

Hi Nick,
	I have the TM for the D model, it's "SPAWAR 0967-LP-878-3010" dated 15 
Jan 1970, and says it supersedes NAVSHIPS 0967-LP-878-3020
	It probably qualifies for "media mail" and I can send it to you if 
you'd like.  Or if you can point me to particular sections, I can see 
what I can figure out for you.
