[R-1051] diagnosing dead bands

I do not think so. Dusting off the brain cells Each band has a separate
frontend tuned filter 1 Mhz wide. The fact that 8-2Mhz is dead would lead
me to believe something else is wrong.
Most likely in the translator synth.
