[R-1051] Progress Report. R-1051B

Thanks to all of the help that I received from this group, I have the
R-1051B up and running. The main thing I did to get it going was to remove
the RF Module and make sure that the coupling wheels were mated between the
main frame and the module, thanks to Steve Hobensack's suggestion.  I think
they were, but when I replaced the module, everything    started working.
Either the couplers where not mated correctly or just unplugging and
reinserting the unit made good contact on the cable pins. I had lots of
suggestions from others in the group.
