So thats a an/urc35. Used them in the navy but called them rt816s as I
recall.
It is normal for the lights to dim a bit. As I recall they are not on the
regulated side of the supply. However the fact that you are getting 60
watts or so seems to indicate your primary may be sagging???
Other comment. I am pretty sure our RT816s used a 400 Hz transformer.
Other item was that the amp was a tube and maybe thats a bit tired??
