[R-1051] R-1051 Motor Problem

Cecil and group;

Here's where I am with getting the R-1051 running.  I cleaned up the 
stuck motor that selects the crystal position in the MCS Synthesizer 
module.  Now it runs fine, maybe too well.  When I select a new MC, the 
motor runs to the correct switch position, 28 vdc is shut off the motor, 
but the motor coasts past the correct point as it is spinning down and 
touches onto the next switch position where 28 vdc is supplied again.  
the motor starts up again, the switch makes another 360 degrees and the 
process repeats itself.  It's like the motor is not dynamically braking 
or there is not enough friction to stop the motor fast enough. Have you 
ever seen this happen?
