Glad to hear from you. Yes this is their name for these belts. Posi-Drive Belt is supplied by Stock Drive Products / Sterling instrument. The 100 KC belt would be the S7915Y-CPSST160. It is 23.6 inches long and cost 17.95 plus shipping. Please be aware of what this involves. There are no G manuals around but any of them will help you. Also be aware again that the belts must be inserted in one piece, meaning shafts and gears must be moved to let the belt pass. Mark everything and take your time. Manuals are around on CD. And sorry I can't help with the sideband problem. 
By the way Portland is a beautiful city, my daughter lives there and I have made several trips.
