[R-1051] Synthesizer Questions

Hi Dave ....

You give good advice! But - for me the fun is in the fixing more than 
anything else. The R-1051 is one of the most challenging radios I've worked 
on, and I'll plug away at it! After all, I already have two that work, but 
I hate to junk the two that don't.
