[R-1051] kilocycle knob stops

Hi Steve,
Just got back in town and saw your note...don't know if anyone
responded but it's a simple thing to do! You remove the knobs, remove the
nut on the shaft, remove the funny shaped washer behind the nut and
preferably replace it with a small diameter flat washer to protect the panel
and replace nuts and the three knobs!
Your done! Wish they were all that easy. I didn't even think of it until I
had a "D" model in the shop and noticed that that's the way they were
shipped. Don't know why they were ever there to start with!
