Russ, I'm about to do the same, and have contacted my postmaster. I've forgotten about these 'instructions'....will find out next stop by the PO to see if they're still good.
As an aside, per the UPU the expiration date of the IRC has been extended to 12/31/2026 (see https://www.upu.int/en/universal-postal-union/activities/philately-ircs/international-reply-coupons-ircs) However, the USPS IMM still indicates 12/31/2025, and without that being modified (I've been chasing this for 6 months or so without resolution)....I'm not taking chances. Without black and white official documentation on the extended date, I can only see problems.
Let me how it goes, and if you have 'better' process details on how to make their system accept IRCs...let me know please

Has anyone in the USA been successful in redeeming IRCs recently? My most
recent try was back in 2021 when these instructions (thanks to Steve KU9C)
did work:
IF!!! THEY ARE USING THE RSS SYSTEM
Press Sales Disbursement
Then press MORE
Then, EXCHANGES
At the bottom, press FOREIGN IRCs
Thanks 73
