[QSL-Managers] Any successful reports of IRCs being redeemed via USPS?

I'm about to go to my local post office to redeem some of my excess IRCs
before the December 31, 2025 expiration date.

Has anyone in the USA been successful in redeeming IRCs recently?  My most
recent try was back in 2021 when these instructions (thanks to Steve KU9C)
did work:

IF!!! THEY ARE USING THE RSS SYSTEM
Press Sales Disbursement
Then press MORE
Then, EXCHANGES
At the bottom, press FOREIGN IRCs
