[QSL-Managers] NIL

For my IOTA trips for a new one, I have received even more than $5 in 
support as the IOTA chasers know that going to a new or rare one can be 
expensive.  I do not see them trying to buy a QSL.

I usually will return the excess in cases on NIL.
