[QSL-Managers] Advice needed: SWL card with weird QSO data

I think You should answer the Card .   How do you know if he didnt actually hear them ?  the way the sunspots are doing right now nothing surprises me. I worked Hawaii from Louisiana 6000 miles on 6 meters in late october !
