In my book, this is OK if the rules allow it for ops in that country.
I use a club station exclusively (never radiate RF from home if you
don't count the halogen lamps). It's perfectly legal in this country
to use your own call from a club station, and of course the club call
as well.

This is quite different from the situation that started this thread,
which was one person using calls issued by two different countries, and
making QSOs from only one of those countries. That would be like me
using my G call from the US or vice-versa - highly illegal and immoral.

Thanks for all the comments on my original question - replies ranged
from "string 'em up, report them to DXCC, send not-in-log replies" to
"just go by the log and let someone else sort it out if they want to".
Sending "not-in-log" seems dishonest to me, since the calls are indeed
in the log. What I did in both cases was send a card to the op when
he was using his "home" call (as judged by where the card came from)
and suggest that there was some logging error, since he couldn't have
made a Q from the other country - in neither case did I hear back with
any complaints or explanations.

I never query consecutive husband/wife QSOs, I am pretty lenient about
wrong times and dates and even busted calls (a dit here or there, e.g.),
but QSOs made from one country using a call issued by a different
country is too much!

Happy managing - and thanks for all the replies,
