[QSL-Managers] being a sneak

I have not had the problem with different countries one after another. However,
I could not honor two of the calls as it is physically impossible for that
person to have been in both countries at the same time unless he was on the
border of the two.
As for the time, well, that is a different story. I have had many that have
been an hour off. Could be that they were converting from a local time with a
time change and screwed up the conversion when sending the card. ie, central
time and daylight savings time. they were used to utc -6 and now it is utc -5
so they were off by an hour. When the minutes are close I let that go. The guy
gets a card with the correct UTC, not his UTC.
But the guy that picks a date and a time and it is no where near the logged
info. Ain't gonna happen. Same as Bernie says...if they send one card for a QSO
and say 'send all QSO's' they only get that one.
Since my logs are all computerized, I can make notes in the log...ie, 3rd
request for card. I won't keep issuing cards forever. That really sucks. I will
go as far as a 3rd card, after that, no more. 3rd cards are also going to wait
until all the other cards have been issued and I get no more requests.
