[QSL-Managers] Double Card Requests: Thanks

Actually, what may be a valuable 'poll' to take......what managers do answer
bureau cards?  I do answer them, but at my own pace, which is not exactly
fast.  I'm fortunate to get bureau cards from my 9-land buddies in rather
large boxes, not a monthly mailing.  I tend to answer them within 1-1.5
years of the time i get them, as I tend to knock a country out at a
time...and mail myself to avoid 8/pound.

Thus, I answer them, but probably slower than some would like....
