[QSL-Managers] Double Card Requests: Thanks

Thanks to everyone for response and comments re double card requests for
direct and E-QSL.  The matter even gets more confusing when you add in
bureau cards.  Guess, each one of us has to make up his own rules and to how
they are going to handle cards.  Most right now seem to ignore the E QSL
since it is not valid for any awards.

Some comments were made about the future and effect of E QSLing.  I recently
did receive logs from Russia for a CW Worldwide Contest.  Comparing the logs
to E-QSL I have found a large difference in call sign worked vs call sign
logged.  Evidenly accuracy has not caught on.  The computer input for LOTW I
do not think will be lenient and appears there will be a lot of rejections.
