[QSL-Managers] Double Card Requests

I am totally ignoring E-QSL.  I get enough second requests, both direct
and via the bureau.

I have noticed a rather strange phenomenon with D68C though.  I have
received a considerable number of second requests which arrived here
*BEFORE* the cards were delivered from the printers!

Anyone else seen this?
