[QSL-Managers] boxes for buro shipments

Hi everyone,

At the risk of sounding like a simpleton here, what type of boxes do
you guys use for sending cards to the league bureau (or the individual
IARU bureaus directly).  Similary, what's a good source (cheap source)
for said boxes?
