[QSL-Announce] My QSL Service

WHY? i have made a system for hams worldwide who want to exchange qsl
cards with each other. Maybe they don't care about the ARRL? In just one
day more than 80 hams worldwide have signed up and the list is growing
daily. Hams like my concept and it looks like many many of them have
decided that the time is right. Especially now with high gas and food
prices and postage rates going higher all the time. Many hams will not
now send a card unless you send them money to do so. Then you must wait
months and even years to see if you finally get one before they become a
SK. i don't want to wait any longer. This is the 21st Century and its
about time for a modern solution to this problem.

I too have used eQSL partly because i prefer to have a printed card
(which LOTW does not provide). And mostly because LOTW is so very
difficult to use. I have heard hams at our hamfest this month tell me
that they hate it and will never use it. A LOTW guru at the ARRL told me
that they have higher security requirements than do banks moving my
money. I thought it was a joke but he replied that he was serious.
Someone over at the ARRL has an ego problem if they think it is
unreasonable to expect the LOTW program to be no more difficult for the
user to use than for them to move money via Western Union.
