Have you checked with the ARRL to see if they will accept those cards..
It would be a super service if they would. I think there might be a
problem with that for two reasons; 1. the League is pushing the LoTW
program almost to the point of fanaticism and 2. eQSL has a similar
structure which the League will not accept for reasons of "security".
Everyone, it seems to the outsider, is a considered a potential
"cheater" in the DXCC program; hence the need for the League or one of
its accredited checkers to personally check everyone's cards submitted
outside LoTW.

BTW: I too have the Millennium award. Worked it with my old
Hallicrafters "Hurricane".
