One thing I did and maybe you considered it, was
to put a pulley at the top of the mast. Sure saves
a lot of effort if the line breaks or other malady.
Here in the desert, the winds would frequently break
one side or the other of the balanced line and having
the capability to lower it was well worth it. Also,
you can use the rope holding the center insulator and
feedline to pull it out from the metal pole to lessen
interaction between the feedpoint and the metal pole.
I used a 5 ft piece of 1" fibreglass mast to accoplish
that. I then dropped the 450 line straight down from
the feedpoint - keeping about a foot or more from the
pole, to the first set of non-metallic guys, tied it off,
then to the next set of guys and followed a messenger
rope over to the window area. From your description,
I think you will have a good operating antenna.
