QCWA Bulletin 2022-003 - Dr. James Jolly, W6RWI Receives ARRL Centurion 
Award.

The QCWA Board of Directors congratulates QCWA Life Member # 30800 on 
his Centurion Award.

Dr. Jolly was first licensed in 1939 as W6RWI, and resides in Fair Oaks, 
CA and waspresident of the Turlock Amateur Radio Club while a high 
school student, a radio operator on Merchant Marine vessels in WWII and 
received his Ph.D. from the University of Santa Clara. Dr. Jolly 
authored over 50 articles and books in the field of electronics, 
management, and utilization of research output.
