[QCWA Hotlist] Chapter Reports - More Careful Proofreading Required

Greetings Folks!

Over the many years our Journal Proofreaders have picked up some very 
silly mistakes that could have probably been avoided if the submitter 
would take the time to re-read what they wrote.

I too have my days when it comes to making goofy mistakes, but what I 
usually try to do is write the article, then let it sit for a day or 
two, then come back and re-read what I wrote. By doing this I catch 
many silly mistakes.

The June-2019 Journal is now in draft form. Below is what one of our 
proofreaders found. Was one of these that you had submitted?
