The Board is pleased to announce that the following action was 
approved at the Annual Board of Directors' Meetings, held via 
teleconference on May 8, 2019.  A hyperlink to the latest QCWA 
e-Journal will be included in the email announcement that is sent 
when a new Journal is available.  The link will be valid until the 
next Journal is available.  No log-in will be required.
