[QCWA Hotlist] QCWA Chapter 119 November Meeting

Hello Fellow QCWA Members and friends. Time has really gotten away from 
me and this meeting notice is coming to you embarrassingly late.  But it 
is our regular meeting and is always scheduled for the Third Friday in 
any month at 12 Noon at Frankie's Place for Ribs, 5200 Fairfield 
Shopping Center, Virginia Beach, VA.  Please excuse the lateness of this 
heads-up and take comfort in knowing that there are important things to 
be accomplished at this meeting.

Nominations for Chapter Officers are open and are encouraged.  All 
offices are open to nomination.  A slate of officers put together by 
your Board of Directors will be offered and voting will take place at 
our December meeting.

A discussion will be held concerning the December meeting, whether to go 
ahead with our scheduled meeting, or to join the VADXCC group to share 
Christmas Cheer and fellowship.  A decision must be made by the close of 
the meeting on November 20.

A program suggested by Vice-President Ed, W8NLZ, will be presented.  A 
video produced by the ARRL titled "The Amateur Radio Parity Act - 
Separating Fact from Fiction" should orient us to the latest status of 
this important legislation.

We hope to see you, your spouse, and any friends you can bring along

your way, please consider visiting us for this meeting.  QCWA fellowship 
is the best available and is enthusiastically shared with all who
