Phil,

Use Word, OpenOffice, or LibreOffice and save the file in a "text" format. That will create the text file you need. It is strictly a matter of using the dropdown below the file name when you are naming the file and selecting "TXT."

Bob- please I am not ignoring you. I amtrying to create atext file for you. no computer i own had wordpad  i have another computer but it is at my sons apthe currently has pneumoniayou have my permission to use my qrz bio and picture until then.Please be patient.
