[QCWA Hotlist] QCWA Meritorious Service Award

The QCWA Meritorious Service Award can be given to a single member of a 
QCWA Chapter who has provided outstanding service to that Chapter during 
the current year.  Only one Meritorious Service Award can be awarded per 
Chapter per year.

In 2014, The following Chapters have honored one of their members with 
this prestigious award:  Chapter 7, Chapter 17, Chapter 36, Chapter 70, 
Chapter 106, and Chapter 151.

Congratulations to each of those Chapters for having outstanding QCWA 
individuals among their membership.

Nominations for the 2014 awards are open until Dec. 31 for Chapters 
wishing to honor one of their members-in-good-standing with this QCWA 
Award.

Nominations should be sent by a Chapter Officer to the QCWA Certificate 
Custodian, <vic.w4vic at verizon.net>. Certificates will be returned via 
e-mail for printing by the Chapter.
