[QCWA Hotlist] Annual Reports for QCWA

Hello everyone,

The Holiday Season is upon us.  In addition to all of the things that 
means, there is also another task that needs to be done.  It is time 
for each chapter to submit their annual report.  This needs to be done 
annually, so that we keep your chapter on the "active chapter" list. 
If you do not submit an annual report, your chapter goes on the 
"inactive" list.

Usually this report is completed by Chapter Secretaries, but it can be 
done by any chapter officer.  It is all done electronically now, so 
please do not look for paper in the snail mail.

Please log into your Members Only webpage, scroll down to the Chapter 
Officer's Section and update the status of your Chapter.

You will note that you have a list of active chapter members and also 
a list of your chapter members who have not renewed.  Please take some 
time to look over these lists.  If your records differ from the list, 
please contact headquarters (ExecAdmin at qcwa.org), and let us know. You 
will want to contact those on the delinquent list, and remind them to 
renew their dues.  Please note that these lists are generated by our 
national data base, and have nothing to do with individual chapter dues.

With the Members page available, and more of our members looking at 
all of the information available on the internet, many of our members 
are finding a local chapter that they did not know existed previously. 
  This is great!  But it means the members might list your chapter 
when they renew their national membership, and they might not have 
contact with the local chapter.  Please check the roster, and contact 
these people, if this is the case.

While you are looking at this list, could you also do another thing to 
help us?  Please look at the column to the right where it says Yes or 
No.  If this column says No, then we do not have a valid e-mail 
address for that member.  We need those e-mail addresses.  Could you 
please help and find one for us?  Also, many of our members are still 
using call at arrl.net e-mail addresses.  We need to change those to real 
e-mail addresses.  Could you please help us?

You'll be told when your last report was filed and who filed it.
Just below this line is a button to click to start this years "Annual 
Report".

This will display the Officers, Nets and Events/Meetings for your 
chapter.  Please make whatever corrections are needed and click the 
'Annual Report' button at the bottom of this screen to complete the 
report. This will be available on the web from Dec 1 to March 31st.
