[QCWA Hotlist] New e-mail address for Journal articles

Hello everyone,

One of the things that we are attempting to do is make things easier 
for everyone, as much as possible.  To this end, we have added a new 
e-mail address to send in articles for the Journal, whether these be 
chapter reports or other articles.

Simply send all articles to Journal at qcwa.org.  That e-mail address 
will automatically forward the information you send to the proper people.
