[QCWA Hotlist] Chapter or FD Reports for August eJournal

Everyone,

 

This
is just another friendly reminder that if you plan to submit a chapter report
for the August eJournal, it is due by Monday
July 1.  We have been experiencing
some difficulty when photos are in separate emails from reports.  Please submit you chapter report and photos
(as attachments only) in the same email. 
This makes it much easier to know which pictures go with which reports.

 

If
operating Field Day is one of your chapter activities, we are soliciting Field
Day reports and photos for the August eJournal.  This would be in
place of your usual monthly chapter report for the August
eJournal.  If you do not operate Field
Day as a chapter activity, you may submit your usual chapter report.  For Field
Day reports please limit your submission to 100 words and four
photos (JPEG files) with captions for each photo.  Field Day reports must
be received no later than July 1.

 

If
you would like to submit a chapter report, instead of a Field Day report, for
the August QCWA eJournal, it must be received July 1. Please limit
your submission to 750 words and two photos.  If you include a photo, use
a JPEG file and don’t forget to include a caption for the photo. In the email
subject line, please include your chapter name and number.  Chapter
reports received after July 1 will go into the September eJournal.
