[QCWA Hotlist] Changes to the Members Directories

Hi Bob,

You are more than a Gentleman, you are a perfect 
Gentleman!! Thanks for doing all of this in record time!

Just one question, and I like your idea of 
extending the "New Member" list to go back 12 
months, but it is only going back 6 months.
