[QCWA Hotlist] Changes to the Members Directories

Hi Everybody,

Based on suggestions by President Oelke (Tnx Ken!)  

The New Members program has been modified to fit how we do business today.  It displays the current month and allows you to go back for 12 months.  This should be more than enough as the new members are included in the DX and USA directories.

And they are also included in the new directory entitled "All"

A few things to be aware of when viewing the directories, All and DX sort members by country and then by call sign.  USA lists members by state and call sign.

In the All directory, the first 16 pages are DX, USA members start on page 17 and go to page 178 (the last one).  The only country listed after our USA members is Venezuela.
