[QCWA Hotlist] Annual Reports are past due!

There is no snail mail copy, there is no email copy, the report is completed 
on-line.

Go to www.qcwa.org

click on the "Members Only" button

log in,   if you have problems, follow the on screen instructions.  If you 
want your password emailed to you, we may have W1AA at arrl.net and not 
W1AA at aol.com
If all else fails, send me an email describing the steps you've taken and 
what your responses have been.

scroll down to the Chapter officer's section

CAVEAT: If it says" Annual Reports completed by....." don't do anything, 
it's already completed!

Click on the 'Annual  Report" button

Answer the 5 questions

Click Continue

Verify your data

Click 'Change' if you need to make a change

OR

Click "Send" to submit your Annual Report!

If any of these steps don't work, send me an email describing what you did 
and what the responses are.

Your done, go work someone on the air!
