[QCWA Hotlist] Annual report to headquarters

Many of you have sent in your annual chapter report.  If
you have, thank you.  These were due by the end of January.
It is now March, so if you have not, it is past due!

Most of you have sent them in, but I know for sure that some
of our active chapters have not yet gone to your member web
page and filled out the form.  It is easier this year than
ever before.

If you are not sure if your chapter has submitted a form,
you can easily check by going to your member web page.
Scroll down to the chapter section (the part outlined in
yellow/amber), look under the box with the officers listed,
and there is a spot to click to file the annual report.  If
it has been filed, it says so.  If it does not say you have
filed it, then you need to do it -- right now!  It is really
very simple.

On another note, we are in the process of sending out snail
mail renewal notices to those that we do not have e-mail
addresses for.  While I have lowered the cost from the $1.50
each that it cost when Chuck did them to about 35 cents each
the way we are doing them now, it is still much more effective
to send e-mail notices.  So please keep us informed of the
e-mail addresses of your members.  Please query them if they
do not have an e-mail address listed.

I appreciate everyone's help.  It takes all of us working
together to make QCWA a success.
