QCWA Bulletin 2013- 002 - New For 2013 - QCWA QSO Party Rules

The QCWA Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve the new rules =
for the QCWA QSO Party, as presented by QCWA Activities Manager Ted =
Edwards, W3TB.

The new rules go into effect for the March 16, 2013, Spring QSO Party. =
Activities Manager Ted Edwards introduced the new rules in order to =
invoke logging programs now available for QSO Parties, such as N1MM. Ted =
will see if he can have the logging programmers up to speed to bring the =
QCWA QSO Party in line with the new rules in time for the March 16th QSO =
Party.
