[QCWA Hotlist] QCWA Journal submissions

Reminder:

The deadline for submissions for the February issue of the QCWA 
eJournal is fast approaching.  We would like to have these submissions 
by the first of the month, but being the first is a holiday, you get 
an extra day this time.

When making your submission, please send it to editor at qcwa.org with a 
copy to ExecAdmin at qcwa.org.  In the subject line please include that 
it is a Journal submission and the number of your Chapter, such as 
"Chapter 62 Ocala FL Journal Submission".  Please send text and 
pictures as separate attachments.  An MS Word document is great for 
the text.  Pictures can be fairly high res color, but please no huge 
16 Meg pictures.

The first eJournal should be out soon.

Also, a reminder that if you have silent keys, please send that 
information to me so we can keep up to date.  Please include complete 
info including date of death.  Call letters would also be good!
